About
Brayden is a trial attorney at May Rammell & Wells. Brayden joined the firm as an associate attorney in October of 2023, bringing his family to Idaho from Wyoming. Since then, Brayden has practiced in a wide array of law, including family law, criminal defense, real property, personal injury, corporate litigation, and civil rights. Brayden is an accomplished attorney in several areas of law and has extensive knowledge and specialization in legal issues concerning artificial insemination, surrogacy, and reproductive health in Idaho.
Brayden graduated from the University of Wyoming with his bachelor's degree in Political Science in 2020 and went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from the same institution in 2023. While at the University of Wyoming, Brayden was on the Fall First Year Honor Roll, was named on the Dean’s list, and obtained the “High A” in Torts. While a student, Brayden gained experience in various areas of the law, having completed an externship at the Wyoming Coalition Against Domestic Abuse and Sexual Assault and completed credits at the Estate Planning Practicum of the University of Wyoming and at the Albany County Prosecutor’s Office.
Having deep roots in the American West, Brayden has learned to love and embrace Southeast Idaho along with its history and people. When out of the office, Brayden enjoys spending time with his family outdoors, whether he’s hiking, camping, fishing, or hunting.
