About

Brit Lewis is an associate attorney whose practice focuses on personal injury, civil rights, and criminal defense. He represents individuals facing serious legal challenges and brings a determined, practical approach to every case.

Brit has worked on a wide range of personal injury matters, including automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, and slip-and-fall cases. He has successfully negotiated settlements in multiple personal injury cases and works closely with clients to pursue compensation for medical expenses, lost income, pain and suffering, and other losses resulting from an injury. Brit also has significant experience in civil rights litigation under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, including cases involving police misconduct, excessive force, and violations of constitutional rights. He is committed to protecting the rights of individuals and holding government officials accountable when they exceed their lawful authority.

Brit earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law and his bachelor’s degree in economics from Brigham Young University. Before becoming an attorney, he worked for several years in various capacities at law firms across the country, giving him broad exposure to the legal profession and the practical demands of representing clients.

Brit also spent two years serving in Guatemala, where he became fluent in Spanish. He has since used his Spanish-language skills to assist Spanish-speaking clients throughout Idaho and is committed to making legal representation accessible to those who may otherwise face language barriers.

Outside the office, Brit is a father of two, an avid fisherman, and an outdoorsman who enjoys spending time with his family and taking advantage of everything Idaho has to offer.
